Hi Buddypress seems to have worked. I still get random users registering but the bots don’t seem to be able to post on the forums.
By all means we can arrange another workshop. When do you want to come?

without a screenshot trish it is difficult to help. You may need to call the office and someone can look with remote access.

You can change settings for the forums to allow them to be public or private. I have actually allowed these forums to be public now but you have to login to post on them, just as an experiment.
